Best Service Ever...quick and fast    

I brought my car to Eurowise to get my brakes and rotors done earlier this week. I got the best services I have seen around the charlotte area. The price was definitely cheaper then the shops around. I left the shop a very happy camper. I would definitely bring my car back to Eurowise to have work done in the near future. =)

I went to see Mike at a recommendation of a co-worker. Eurowise's labor rates are 2/3's the price of the dealership and their turn around is a lot quicker. I'll be going back for all my service needs.

i'm female and i've always felt i've never been given the correct story when i've taken my cars to get them repaired. now that i've been doing business with eurowise, it is a completely different experience. in our household we have four euros, one vw and three bmws. i TOTALLY trust these guys to work on all of our cars.

i love it also because i live 25 miles from the shop and if they cannot do something, they will take my car to a place that can so i'm not running all over the place. it's truly a one-stop shop.

New to the area, I have taken my 10-year-old Audi (~90,000 miles) to Euro-Wise twice recently. The first time was for regular service and the second time was for a repair. Both times they have delivered super fast, super low-priced, convenient and friendly service. They know Euro auto repairs and maintenance inside and out, and offer equally great service for both customers needing non-dealer service or customers needing performance mods and installs. Best place to go in the Charlotte area for sure.

The Best European Service Shop in NC!!!!

The best place I ever took my cars. The guys there work hard to get the job done, and done right. My cars have never ran so good. Service , Performance and Fabrication all under one roof . Perfection , is all I can say. Thanks Eurowise

After my last visit to Eurowise I feel as though I need to let everyone know how the service was. This was my second time going there and my fourth time seeing Mike for some mechanical help. Again I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, as soon as I walked into the office one of the guys from the shop was up at the front desk greeted me and asked me what he could help me with (I don't know about you all but if I walk into a business and everyone keeps avoiding me that throws up one hell of a red flag). I gave him a quick rundown and he took my name off to Mike, and before I could even get into one of the articles in the Euro Car magazines in the front office Mike poked his head in and said lets check it out. So we walk out to my car and I explain to him what was wrong with my car. In less than 5 min. my car is in the shop and getting worked on. The best part about this is that he allowed me to go back there and let me see how he was fixing my problem so if I ever was in an emergency situation I would be able to handle it myself. Wow, let me tell you cool it is to have someone not just take the keys from you and do the work, but if they offer to show you what needs to be done to correct it. In less than 20 minutes I was in and out, and of course another main concern many people, including myself, have is the cost. Mike is very fare priced and I think his Eurowise flyer had this slogan written out on there, "Dealership service at a fraction of the cost", it couldn't be further from the truth because I've never been to a dealership that really takes as much concern for your automobile and has such great turn around times let alone at the price he does this for. So my personal recommendation to anyone with a Euro car in the Charlotte area is to take your car into Eurowise if you need work done or suspect something might be wrong, no matter how big or small.

Shot over to Euro-Wise today after work. I work right down the street, so i thought i would just go in and say hey. I must say, i have a real good feeling about that shop. Right off the bat (after mentioning CE) Mike Ngo (owner) offers to take me on a tour, show me around, talk about some future work i might get done there, etc...

Definitely gonna try my best to be at the GTG in Feb. over there. Hope everyone has a good experience with them as well.

Amazing! Saved thousands on my car!
I just wanted to say what an amazing job eurowise did for my car. I drove my car through a flooded side street and my car locked up. I was stranded and I towed my car to the dealership to get repaired. I was given a $4000 estimate because I was told I needed a new engine! I wanted a second opinion so I took it to the guys at eurowise and They did a bunch of tests and removed all the water out of my engine and managed to revive my motor! In the end it only costed me a new set of spark plugs and an oil change! Thank you so much eurowise!

Friendly, trustworty, fast and reasonable pricing!
It's so hard to find a place to trust with your car but as soon as I walked in Eurowise, Mike (the owner) gave me a really friendly hand shake and asked me about the problem with my car. All I wanted was an oil change; in less than 10 minutes my car is already inside the shop. The nice thing was I would be able to wait on it, I would be able to pick up car in 30 minutes. I was very satisfy and happy with the service. I would recommend Eurowise to anyone I know that need car services. Thank you Mike and the staff for a wonderful experience!

Not only do you know when you go to Eurowise that you're car is going to be serviced quickly and with attention to detail, but that you'll actually enjoy going there, The entire staff is friendly, honest and quick to go above and beyond any other car shop in Charlotte. Being a student , I didn't have alot of money to waste on poor service. They not only fixed my brakes but fixed some other safety related problems for no extra charge. The car was cleaner then when I came in and they worked around my schedule. Thanks Eurowise

Very friendly and knowledgeable team at Eurowise. I had a small problem with noise coming from the front suspension. Mike and his team were able to test drive and put my Audi A4 on the lift within 5-10 minutes of being there. They diagnosed it within 15-20 of looking at the components of my front suspension. Turned out to be worn bearings on my control arms... They ordered the part the same day and parts arrived the next morning. Finished the install the same day the parts arrived. Great price for the service and saved a lot of time working with Eurowise... Would have spent a lot more at the dealership and would have waited 2 or 3 days for the install.

Good service, good prices
Came in for maintenance after a friend recommended the place. If you have an audi you will not regret going here instead of the dealership. They specialize in German cars and use the proper parts. If you go to the dealership they will rip you off and make up nonexistent problems to "repair". This place does the same job for cheaper with the same quality. I don't think I will be taking my audi anywhere else from now on.

Very pleased with the service!
First and foremost, these guys are very knowledgeable, intelligent and passionate about their business. I am glad I found them. I moved from the midwest and had a great mechanic out there for my BMW. I am relieved to have found a similar place here in Charlotte. On my recent visit there, I brought in some suspension bushings and o2 sensors I bought online. They installed these while I waited and was done before noon. The labor charge was much less than other shops in the area. I will definitely be back when it is time for new sportier suspension set-up and exhaust.

Eurowise is every German Auto Owner Heaven
These guys at Eurowise are experts at their craft and knowledge. VW South and Carolina Volkswagon are the con artist of the German Automotive repairs. If anyone wants to get raped go to those to automotive dealers but if you want your wallet to stay fat and your car running good, I suggest Eurowise to everyone German Automotive Owner. Even you preppy boys with your BMW and Mercedes. These guys service my car and do not try to rape me with prices and have extensive knowledge of their craft. Mike and his crew are 30 yrs professional in 20yr old bodies. They love the German auto makers and make sure you car runs the best way possible. Give them a try and I am sure you would not be disappointed.
